Today (12/21/11) I called
frantically to Rim Guard explaining that I had scrapped my front alloy rims and
was hoping to get them fixed before my husband had a chance to see that this
had happened. I spoke with Wade who
kindly calmed me down and told me that he would be able to help me out before
my husband got home from work. Sure enough, I received a call from Adam who
told me he would be at my house in 18 minutes. Within a couple of hours my rims
looked like new! Adam was awesome and I couldn't thank him enough for not only
getting this all done in a timely manner (before my husband got home) but he
was professional and the finished product looked like new rims...which by the
way when I priced them were $785.00 each. Rim Guard was extremely reasonable.
Thank you Wade and Adam from the wrath I may have heard from my husband should
he had seen the rims pre Rim Guard!

I wanted to take a minute to let you know how pleased we are with the workmanship provided by Matt Blakely today. We provided Matt with a scratched rim that had what appeared to be an un-repairable scratch. Much to our amazement…The rim looked great when completed. The customer even asked “where was the scratch?”!!

Special thanks to John in the New Bern-Greenville area for his professionalism and customer service. I became a Rimguard Xtreme believer this winter after my rim was severely damaged thanks to an icy surface on a bridge. When my wife dropped the wheel and tire off at a local tire retailer for John to pick up the tire service people there told her to take it back that Rimguard would not be able to fix it. She called me to report what they had told her, and I told her to leave it and let John with Rimguard Xtreme make that determination. A week later John was calling me to say my rim was restored and ready. I am definitely a “car guy” and I have to admit I was skeptical about the “process”. Aaron has been extremely responsive, friendly and professional before his work was done today. My wife accidentally scraped my daughter’s brand new car on a curb and I thought I was headed to buy a brand new rim. These rims are limited edition and had a lot of detail and finish. I just picked it up and I can honestly say I cannot see where it was repaired…..and I am pretty picky about cars. I can’t say enough good things about this incredibly useful service which saves a lot of money in the long run! I am EXTREMELY pleased and highly recommend.

I just wanted to make sure Josh got the props he deserved for fixing my wheel's curb damage on January 13th 2011.
I am probably the most picky truck owner one would meet, and can't bare any damage or imperfections on my vehicle. I try to keep it in top shape regardless that it is a "truck".
The day I bumped a curb, for the first time, I was livid! I thought "well, there goes $700 for a new wheel for my Silverado. I thought nothing else would suffice. I Googled "polished wheel repair" and Rim Guard X Treme came up.
Long story short, I was amazed at what Josh Elliott was able to do. When he was done he tried to show me where the damage was prior to his work, and I couldn't even tell! I literally was amazed.
